Exceptionally nice and perfect location, it was near to bars and restaurants, as well as tourist attractions, the train station and the cable car, and Clubul Gospodinelor restaurant. The breakfast was very good with beautiful views and good local specialties, for example, we truly enjoyed everything.

The staff are very polite and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location is particularly good, relatively close to an only museum. It's in the local area which is another bonus.

Excellent room service and prompt response to requests. My room was spacious, with comfortable and modern furniture. The central location allowed for easy access to all attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in town.

the room was spacious, great mattress for bed, superb view from 12th floor of hotel, high speed internet, and they gave me the choice to pay cash/card on the last day of the stay (didn't automatically debited my card for the sum needed), good food in -1 floor tavern, excellent menu.
bathroom a bit small, some grumpy looks on the breakfast personnel, and while the breakfast ended one of the waiters let a group of non-hosted "guest" to have a bite from leftovers menu (some poker tournament guys judging by loud speaking on their phones and/or some workers, judging by the clothes...) - so not so nice atmosphere and 4**** services for the proper guests of the hotel...

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the location was excellent, right in the center of the city. This made it very convenient for exploring the local attractions and restaurants. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. They were always available to answer any questions or assist with any needs. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a simple design that suited my needs perfectly. The bed was especially comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a variety of local specialties that were delicious and a great way to start the day.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.
